I found fresh flowers inside my room. The hotel's location is close to the Cathedral and the Alcázar.. Staff members were helpful and kind.

fresh flowers perfect location kind staff late check-in room unready delayed access
the fresh flowers in my room totally made my day. the hotel location is perfect, right between the alcázar and the cathedral. the staff was super kind and helpful, answering all my questions.
the check-in was a bit late. it was supposed to be at 3:00 pm, but my room wasn't ready until 3:30 pm. i was tired and wanted to shower, but i had to wait.

stained bed cover old towels
The location was pretty good. It was close to the Cathedral.
The room was not clean. I saw stains on the bed cover. The towels seemed old and also had stains. I would have liked it better if these things were clean.

decent location, some issues
helpful staff early check-in quiet location difficult access small room closed bar
the staff was helpful. i arrived a bit early, but my room was ready (which was appreciated). the location is hard to beat. i liked that it was situated in a quiet square with a fountain.
finding the hotel was difficult. it is tucked away in a courtyard, and my taxi could not get there due to many people. the room i had was small and quite basic. the rooftop bar area was closed when i was there.

great view helpfulness
The location is convenient near primary attractions. The rooftop terrace provided great views (I enjoyed spending time there). I appreciated the helpfulness of the front desk staff.
The mini-bar charged €2.50 for a plastic bottle of water upon departure. This detail seemed a bit out of sync with the overall quality.

Breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace, giving guests a beautiful view. The experience of having breakfast in such a location elevates the start of the day. This is an amazing feature (especially at sunrise).

The air conditioning worked effectively, maintaining a cool environment even with high outside temperatures. Large bath towels were supplied. The rooftop terrace offers guests the consumption of complimentary drinks, allowing enjoyment of the views.

cathedral proximity quiet square good views
the location was really something, near the cathedral. a quiet square was near the building. there was art galleries close, i found that really interesting. i liked the rooftop terrace, it had good views.
The mini bar charged for water. I think this is not appropriate for this hotel.
